Sycamore students participate in Interstate 8 Conference Band Festival on Feb. 23

Eighteen talented musicians from Sycamore schools recently participated in the Interstate 8 Conference Band Festival. The event was Feb. 23 at Plano High School. Students were able to rehearse all day
